Summit Racing 347 Kit
Anybody have anything good or bad to say about this kit? and will it work for a 94 block. the website states its good for 1968-1982. dont know wether to believe them or not.

no, that kit is a 2pc rear main seal.
get a DIY shortblock kit from fordstrokers.com
itll already have the machine work done, be either at or above 0 deck, and you get everything in one box so to speak.
it sounds like you want to build your own engine, that would be a great way to start.
get some AFR 185 heads if you want to stay smog legal, and call Jay at Cam Innovations to get a custom grind. TFS track heat intake, 75mm TB, and a 76+mm MAF with a tune and youre good to go.
