Default Which Comp Cam to get

I got a 306 with AFR 165s 1.7 rr and gt-40 tubular intake w/ported lower I was looking at the XE270HR-12 but I contacted comp cams and they recommened the XE276HR-12. I have a work truck so the car doesnt get driven too much but reliability is number 1. Would the 276 be too big for my set-up? I will be checking ptv but do you think I will have any with the 276? How much more power do you and I will be getting the nm think the 276 would make over the 270

276 has the longer exhaust valve duration, your engine would be much more efficient. plus the lift is a bit more. if i did it over again i'd get the 276 over the 270 which is what i have now.

So the 276 wouldnt be too big for my combo I was worried bout the low rpm power but it doesnt take much gas to get to 2200 anyway
