My girl has been seeing me go crazy over my fox and ended up with a 95GT. Perfect w 2001 cobra wheels, 97 GT tails, black tints exhaust...perfect for her.

Came with a blown trans. My question is, for her 95GT what cars come with an AODE that will be a direct swap into an SN95? I'm pretty sure the thunderbirds have AODE's is there anything else that will work?

you can find stang AODE's EVERYWHERE... infact, there is a yard not more than 30 miles from me that has about 15 94-95 GT's in it.

yeah you can use the ones out of thunderbirds.my friend got one off of me out of a 95 thunderbird with a 3.8.he just had to swap out the tail shaft and a sensor.

What is the difference between the AODE and the 4R70W?

Mainly the gear ratios and the extension housing bushing and seal diameter.
