Default Its that time of year!

I would say winter has officially started here in New England so sadly it is time for the Mustang to lay down in the garage for a few months! I am looking forward to driving my 2.0 VW Golf for awhile..yea right Next winter stang will be getting an engine and transmission rebuild! As long as it holds up for another summer of non stop abuse

Only had one serious snow so far, driving to work borrowing my mothers car I saw 2 Mustangs stuck in ditches on the side of the highway..Its just so hard to say goodbye for the winter hahah

An s10 was my first car actually, 2wd did not get my very far in the winter, bed full of sandbags didnt do much either on some bald tires!! I want to keep the 5 Litre insured during the winter so I can take it out on nice days when the roads are clean, but Ive decided against it..

mine was put away in the middle of october. then i pulled it out about 3-4 weeks ago for a weekend and put it away at the end of that weekend. We just got our first snow this past week and if I would of known it was gonna be nice until just now I woulda kept it out longer. but michigan isn't known for good winters lol. i've got an '00 focus for the dd. it's a giant pos.

all you need is comprehensive. If a garage falls on it, that would be covered under the homeowners insurance

x2, i was under the impression if a car is inside a garage for storage then no insurance is needed, if something happens to it(other then getting stolen) it'll be covered under homeowners insurance.
