Axle - Splime and Ring Gear

I recently bent my driver side axle and need to replace it and im calling junk yards for the part but i dont know if I need a 28 or 31 spline or the Ring gear size. I have a 91 mustang LX with no prior mods to the axle or gears.

thanks for this post it helped me buy my slip yoke cause ford sent me one with a balancing weight on it and would not take it back you guys rock
