Default Will i hit my goal with this?

I would like to hit 400 crank hp. I was planning on Afr 185's, performer rpm intake, custom grind cam, and a 100 shot of n2o.

yes including the nitrous. Sorry forgot to mention stock bottom end, UDP's, shorty headers, topped with a holley 650 double pumper.

the nitrous will get you to 400 at the tires. just the h/c/i will get 400 to the crank.

btw, if you dont have a stall, you might want to get one before the h/c/i.

if they build a custom cam around a stock converter its not going to optimize your set up.

I would get a 2500-3000rpm stall converter

you get the stall after the motor is built and dynoed. that way you can see where your peak torque is and then order a custom converter accordingly

to the OP, with that setup youll see 400rwhp easily.

Thanks. I was planning on doing a stall after the engine was finished. Low 12's will be easy with this set up wont it?

it should run low 12's on motor at sea level with the stall and sticky tires. There is a guy on another board running a 11.60 with trick flow heads, trickflow stage 2 cam, and a good intake, but his car is light as hell, and he can drive like a mad man.
