Default poor track night w/ in car vid

came back from the track, very crowed so i only got two passes. an oil spill and a wreck didnt help speed things up. everyone was complaining about the track condition so at least i wasnt alone in having some trouble. second run i had to completely let off the gas because the back end got loose. on the plus side, even tho i let off the gas and then slowly rolled back into the throttle i still hit 102mph

That 2nd run wasn't too bad either once you caught traction. What tires were you running? What work do you have done to the trans?

Sheesh! Your car is insane. I'd love to dip into the low 7's. Maybe some slicks would help! LOL! Still good job!

tires are a mostly bald set of ET streets. tranny has just about everything imaginable done to it. alto red clutches with kolene steels, c6 one piece input shaft, non lockup converter, extra clutches in 1st and 2nd gear, mechanical diode, A++ OD servo and a full manual valve body with electric OD delete and trans brake.

slicks are definitely needed but i figure ill get slicks after i dyno it. hopefully in January. we'll see how finances are after the holidays. hoping to see low 6's when its all done. 6.3 is the goal right now.

By the look at the vid it looks like the car surges real hard and sounds like it also but it maybe me. I am sure he will chime in.

uedlose and turbosha are both correct. leaving on the t-brake im seeing 4-5psi but in the first vid i waited way to long to get on the throttle so i hardly had any boost off the line so thats why you see the car shake and hear the motor hit the boost about 30 feed out. in the second video i got on the brake/throttle as soon as the other car staged which gave me plenty of boost on the line but caused the car to blow the tires off when i let go of the t-brake button

after watching the video a few times i can see i did some really crappy burnouts. i like having the camera in the car, makes a great tool for catching mistakes. another thing i like seeing is in the second race, after i let off the gas and begin rolling into it you can see the shadow of the guy i was racing all the way to the right of the screen and then the power comes back and i fly past him lol
