no, not only may the stock push rods be too long/short, they arent strong enough to open the stiffer springs of the afr heads. you needed hardened pushrods no matter what the length may be.
These guys are right, but i can tell you that for my build i did use the stock length 6.25" pushrods but i bought hardened ones so i didn't have to worry about the stiffer springs.
And you guys will be proud of me, I went against everyone's advice and had purchased a set of POS procomps, they sold yesturday! AFR HERE WE COME!! ... but please let me know if stock RR are ok for AFR165's pedestal mount....
