Default 95 mustang rearend in a 90 hatch

I have bought a 1990 mustang lx and it has a rearend out of a 95 gt so my wheel is tucked in the fender nicely on the drivers side but you go to the passengers side and the wheel sticks out prolly 3/4 of an inch more, why, and how to fix this if possible thanks

Well..........did the previous owner give you anymore information about the car? Does the whole rear end look like its sitting more to one side? The sticking out is normal with the newer rears in a fox. I wonder if the one axle is from a different vehicle such as a ranger or something.

he was kinda vague, all he said is that it come from a 95 mustang, i looked under it and it looks like there is no side to side adjustment! Maybe one axle is longer than the other? any help will be appreciated

That is why I said it could possibly be from another vehicle. There will be no side to side adjustment with stock suspension. Do the rear springs look like they are straight up and down and not angled to the side? Can you get a pic from the rear?

springs look good i will try to get pic today, i believe it is from a 95 mustang because i read that they were .75 inch wider, and also it has rear disk brakes.
