ok so the 4 banger trans is on its way out i dont know if i want to put a tko500 in there or a t56 swap what do yall think

Do you have the money for a t56 swap? I have always wanted one. With the 4.10's the 6th gear the highway revs would be a little lower.

i got a tk3550 and love the thing. with 4.10's in 5th at 70ish mph i'm sittin at about 2700 iirc, which isn't all too bad.

Yeah, I snatched it before he sold it to anyone else(there were a couple of guys wanting it). He gave me a killer deal on all the conversion pieces I needed and I bought a kmember setup from him.

As far as the transmission in the link, you should email the dude get more info about it.
