Exclamation In serious need of 347 stroker help!!!!

I've got a 90 gt with a 347 stroker in it, I didn't build the motor and the guy that I bought the car from didn't either and new nothing about it. I started to hear chatter in the motor so I pulled the valve covers to tighten the valves up, come to find an intake valve spring broke into 3 pieces and the rocker arm rotating freely. I pulled the pushrod out and it was straight, it also said "7621 competition cams magnum" on the pushrod and the rockers are a metallic blue color. I proceded to pull the heads and the intake. Under the intake I found the same valves lifter in 3 seperate pieces. The car has edelbrock performer aluminum heads and an edelbrock intake on it also. I'm trying to figure out what parts I need to put in it bc I have no way to contact the guy that built the motor and I have no idea what kind of parts to put in it.

Thanks,
Brian

post a pic of the damaged parts...and if the lifter was damaged as you say, you need to inspect the lifter bore and cam lobe, if a spring was broke in 3 places, you really need to be mindful of checking for possible coil bind when resetting the valvetrain back up and all valves springs should be checked for such and springs should be matched to the cam in the motor.....are the heads stud mount or pedastal mount rockers???... roller lifter or flat tappet lifter???

347 stroker, with a big cam, wrong springs, 1.7 roller rockers, when it should be 1.6 and probably the wrong length push rods.

Drive train geometry is very critical to any performance engine build.

I'm pretty clueless on a stroked motor, never built one and never researched it, but I want to get it right. Any recomendations on which roller rockers, springs, pushrods and lifters to go with? I know the pushrods that are in it are 6.250" long and that they are comp cam magnums don't know much else..
