Default Racing Seat Fitment

So my seat rail gave out (ironic that now Im lighter and it breaks now). More specifically, the vertical peice that connects the rail to the seat frame itself. So I figured its as good a time as any to upgrade to some nice racing style seats..

Whos got some, and how do they fit in your stang?

Did you have to get custom brackets or use stock ones?

How comfortable are they for a big guy? lol

Looking at picking up either one of these

Was looking on Summits website and they have seats similar to the ones you are looking at and they require adapter brackets. Hope this helps.

before you buy ANY seats, make sure you ask the seller to supply you with images of the structure (framework) of the seat. alot of the low price ones have really thin tubing, and crappy spot welds that break... now, do you want some cheap *** steel tubing wrapped around you if you get into an accident? do you know how likely it would be for a seat like that to crumble and impale you???.

my seats look real nice, but thats about it. they are rock hard, and made with that cheap tubing (i didnt research) and i broke one installing it!
