i really want to put a cam in my stang it is a 91 automatic and i have some money to fix it up but not a whole lot and i know that to do a cam and get the best results i should get bigger injesters and if i do that i need a better fuel pump and fuel reg then a chip to control it all then pay the shop to put it in so do you guys think it would be worth it or should i just get all the bolt-ons i can first thanks

I think you need do some more research before you get a cam. To get the most out of a cam, most guys will tell you, you should upgrade the heads and intake as well. Try to do heads, cam and intake all as one mod.

And then once you get the H/C/I you can look into you supporting fuel system mods.

And this isn't really tech, should be posted in general discussion.

you do not need bigger inj and so forth for a cam, when the whole package deal is done = h/c/i and supporting mods, then maybe, but now?? not for what you have

bigger cam with stock heads is a complete waste of money. you will gain nothing
