Default A cam with Street manners?

Well, I have ordered a set of TFS twisted wedge 170cc heads and I will have a Tmoss ported GT40 lower with a cobra upper on my sn95. I was looking into the TFS stage 1 cam but I hear it idles pretty low when tuned. So I started looking into the Steeda #19 cam. I've hear the steeda does well with sn95's.

My question is which cam has better street manners? This is my street only car but I dont want to keep the stock cam. I want more of an upgrade with the heads and intake setup.

If you have sound clips of an SN95 with either of these cams, let me know where I can hear them.

I run the TFS-1 on my 95 GT. It ran fine before I tuned the car. The only problem it had was when the car was cold. You would have to let it idle for a couple minutes before driving off, or else it would die. Other than that it works fine. Check Youtube as well for all the clips!

i had a Steeda #19 and 1.7 rockers on ported GT40P's.

loved it and it sounded decently stout.

IIRC the #19 is really close in specs to the FRPP B303 cam, just with a wider lobe split...

Yea, custom cam means a whole lot of what we dont have.

What about Comp Cams XE270HR? I tried researching this cam on this website and others but none seem to say if this is EEC friendly for a 94. anybody with experience with this cam please advise.

And the XE270HR sounds good on youtube with 94/95 stangs. but I would like a word from the experienced...

I'm a fan of the Trick Flow stage 1 with OTS cams. Especially since you are using their heads.

FivePointOhh has a xe 270 he would probably sell you. I know he is changing his whole setup.
