Did You Know That?

Well I found a website that talks about it, it was at a test for Motor Trend in 1991 along with a few other cars. Here is the link. http://www.gtasourcepage.com/91TTTATest.html It didn't do so hot in the quarter with a 14.5 seconds or the 0-60mph at 5.8 seconds. The boost was at 8 psi and came in around 3500 rpms according to this test.

that's the idea, your not suppose to see them................also to the other replies.....it all depends on how much boost is being used, the hp numbers posted may be correct if it was done on low boost, those numbers for the late 80's seem good compared to what was out there, back then there weren't to many performance parts out there to bolt on a fox, so most foxes on the street were stockish output

From what I read it was something got could have been offered I think more to see how much interest there was but that is the ONLY 1 produced. The turbos are right there at the fender aprons buried under it all. Other than the nose I love it. I have always loved the look of a twin throttle body setup, especially the setup on the Super Stallion. If it was 1988 all over again and that came out very few things could touch it.............

there you go the article explains they were low boost non intercooled turbos, add an intercooler and a boost controller, and over 400hp was possible, blame the beancounters it seems
I do like the adjustable suspension they put in it
