i want to go with the big and skinny is all i know i dont know actuall sizes to order them. i just bought a welder and i am looking to weld in those team z minitubs. and what kinda rear suspension parts will i need to get that kinda setup? rear coilovers requiered?
and also... is running that much tire and stiff rear end? bad for a h/c/i stock car? im currently saving for a local builder to build me a dart block and im going to go with a t-70 and try to weld everything up myself

From what i know, that looks like the same size rear tire as what i have which is a 275/60R15 The rim im running such a tire on is a 8"wide, by 15" tall rimYou can get away with running that tire with out mini tubs (which im doing) and no it wont hurt the engine running such a tire.
are you running a manaul trans? if you do hook, there is a chance you could bust something like a trans and rearend (depending on how hard you hook, and if your stuff is stock or aftermarket)
For mini tubs you do not NEED to run coilovers, but you should probably contact Team Z and see what they sujest for your combination
What do you mean by "running a stiff rearend" how is yoru rearend stiff?
