do you guys recommend wrapping the exhaust to protect it from snow and salt? im getting the chrome slp exhaust, and probably will sell it later on in the future. is this a good idea?

SLP's sound terrible on a 5.0 IMO. they have no particular exhaust tone at all, just a bunch of noise.

get magnaflow. Sounds so much better for a 5.0. Beautiful tone, sexy look and not obnoxiously loud. I suggest you don't put it on until its not salty out anymore

i dont know if it was poorly welded/installed but I heard a 5.0 with slps and it sounded aweful... Prove me wrong. It could have just been the poor installation or a hole or something.. it didnt sound that good.

FYI, most header manutacture's will not warranty any headers that been wrapped with anything.
The wrap will hold moisture in and the headers will rust out quickly......
