Default 5.0 truck block

Simple question, are the truck blocks any stronger than the mustang and merc blocks?

I`ve heard both yes and no but i know some of the guys on here can give some info to back up what they say!

Thanks.

if you can find a mexican block. I dunno if those were roller blocks or if they needed to be machined to accept a roller cam
