Are you refering to the gt-40 p iron heads? if so there ok and the reg gt-40 iron heads are ok too just cant get alot of power from them, there a little i mean a little better than stock e7 heads.

you can find the flow charts between the 2 and compare just by googling it!

if your on a super tight budget then they are ok, otherways, they suck

my buddy went 11.80's on gt40 irons mild ported , stock internals, gt40 intake and 125 shot on 4.10's in a full weight '92 GT

so "ok" heads is a relative term

i love them, don't care for the "p"s though

all this statement did was show that suspension and spray can get you very far. There was an old member on this forum that ran 11.7's on a stock engine with juice... but his suspension and transmission were built to the hilt
