Default 1984 Mustang GT350

I found a 84 GT350 for sale today and the guy wants $2700 dollars for it. The car has 122,000 original miles. 3 owners 1st owner had from new until 2006. Then sold to current owners uncle for 2 years until the guy selling the car got it from him. The only mods are exhaust, edelbrock air intake, and pony wheels. It just had a new Alternator, Voltage Regulator, Battery, Battery Cables, Some Ignition Wiring, Starter, Starter Solenoid, Ignition Switch, Ignition Coil, Carburetor, it is a 5 speed car white with red interior. The only problems are the rpm and gas gauge dont work. Here's the link to the add: http://bham.craigslist.org/cto/1607130138.html
Is this a good price, and is it worth selling my 94 GT for?
