Not sure actually. The 3650's were designed for mod engines, so the input shaft is different. It may have a different bolt pattern as well, and I don't think anyone makes a SBF-3650 housing. you could try calling TREMEC and asking. Really what matters is - "will it fit in the car," "is the input shaft the right length for a bellhousing that will work." "can I get a clutch that will bolt to the flywheel and fit the input shaft," and "will it fit in a SBF pilot bearing."
You could also try comparing their engineering drawings on their site and see what the specs on the 3650 are, to see if it will work.

i just sold a guy with a 02 a 3550. I asked him why he didn't just go back with the 3650? That way you don't have to get a new bellhousing. He replied, "because they are so ****ing ****ty."
