Purchasing an Electric fan
I live in so-cal and when the hot summer rolls in in a couple months i want my fox to run nice and cool when i take it to the beach so i'm in the market for an electric fan, i already got an aluminum radiator, summit brand, so i was just wondering which fan would you guys recommend and would there be any problems fitting it. i ask the fitting question cause a while back i scrapped an electric fan from a t-bird but i as hesitant to measure the spacing because with the larger thicker aluminum radiator it wouldnt fit.
I heard that an ordinary cheap nothin fancy electric fan does the job fine, true?

like will this one suffice?

Depends on how thick your radiator is. You need to figure out how much space you have. This may not fit like your t bird fan.
You could always find a fan that pushes instead of pulls and mount it to the other side of the radiator. Look on Summit.

I bought just the standard fan off of summit i think it was $140 or something around there, and it bolted right up to my stock radiator. I wired up a manual switch to make it a little simpler, in Oregon i don't need to use the fan much anyways. I forgot the name of it though, i wanna say like proflow or something like that.

i run a flex a lite variable speed controller. The thing is trick. And because of my blower Im running an svt contour fan. Only fan that would fit that I could find. Car never gets hot EVER now. If your tight on space check out a v6 late 90s dual contour fan
