Default stripping my rims

These 4 lug cobra rims i have are chrome plated and are peeling so i've decided to just peel all of the chrome off and polish the aluminum. any suggestions to make these babies shine?

I'd use a electric drill with Tripoli Compound and a Spiral Sewn buffing wheel to buff with, and then I'd use a different Spiral Sewn buffing wheel with White Rouge to polish with.

It's just time and patience as you well know then.

Normally I have very little patience, but for some odd reason whenever I work on the car or polish something time just seem slip away from me.
