i say check out the trickflow trackheat topend kit but instead of getting it just get the pieces except for the cam and go with a custom cam, then 70-75mm TB, CAI, tear down the engine bore it out to a 306 with some higher compression pistons, long tube headers, x or h pipe(your choice), a nice sounding catback, upgrade the ignition system, add in some 3.73 gears and you should be thoroughly happy

yea 4k is kind of low but if you really scrounge around you may be able to get most of the parts used which will save you some money. id put the estimates closer to 7-8k to do everything and the supporting mods. now the good thing is you dont have to do them all at once you can do things as you get the money. like gears could be done first, then exhaust, then piece together an HCI and when you take it to the machine shop you can have it bored out and new pistons(or stroker kit) put in then install the HCI since its all apart already.

^^^^^Agreed. While the his #'s seem a bit high, a turbo can make some real nice numbers. And if I am not mistaken, he upgraded his kits' headers from the crack-prone 304ss headers to mild steel for extended durability. When he makes a kit for the 94-95 cars, I'm jumping in
