Question sub frames on 90 hatch, weld vs. bolt on

I'm never going to make it to the strip or race track but I am considering subframe connectors for my 90 hatchback. For a non-racer that would love to race but never will nevr get the pony to a track, are the bolt ons more than enough or are they both money wasted in my case? Honest opinions from those that know would be appreciated.

bolt ons are garbage. the bolt holds stretch and elongate over time making them pointless to have on. get the weld ons or nothing

and its on the street (where you will be doing most of your driving) that will stretch the holes the fastest because of the constant body flexing due to turning, going up driveways, etc
