tfs stage 2 vs x 303 cam

I WAS WONDERING WITH CAM WOULD BE THE BEST FOR A 302 ENGINE WITH GT40P HEADS.
I WILL BE USING 75-150 SHOT OF JUICE.

In reality...... none of the above is the best for your setup, between the limited options posted...... the Stg2, which is a X-303 camshaft with a different exhaust lobe profile. Do verify for piston to valve clearance though...... the Stg2 will cause the exhaust valve to get real close to the piston during the overlap sub-cycle.

well the pistons will be notched to make sure the piston does not hit the valves... also the springs will be changed to except a larger cam.

that's not really what joel was driving at....in order to maximize the gt-40p heads and get the most out of them, the two cams you lised don't have optimal lobe design/profile.....but if they are your options , do what you must
