Exclamation 5.0 mustang

Whats up I just installed an edelbrock victor efi on my 89 mustang and having problems. Thers no spark going from the ignition coil to the distributor. I changed the coil and upgraded to a mallory ignition coil and also changed the starter solenoid. I also replaced my starter and still no engine start. i know my timing might be off but i know theres something else wrong i need some help as soon as possible cuz my car has been sitting there for about a month and cant figure out whats wrong.

this may be a bit of an obvious suggestion, but sometimes its that simple. are you sure everything is hooked up correctly? coil wires not switched around? (this was cause of my old c-10 not running due to no spark for the longest time because i didnt even think about something so obvious)

more info please.......why did you change the coil??? why did you change the selonoid?? was all this done in an attempt to correct a no start condition?? no start and no crank are two seperate issues....so does it crank but won't start?? or just plain won't crank, therefore it won't start???

unplug the coil again and see if the connectors are pushed all the way forward giving a good connection to the coil!

I had the same issue once because of no connection!

there was a short circuit, the green wire that hooked up to the possitive side of the solenoid burned out thats why i replaced the solenoid and ign. coil. Its two wires a black with orange and a green wire. they both join to one wire. so when i replaced the burned wire my car started to crank. Im not sure if maybe my spark wires burned out too I thought id wait and try to start it first before buying new ones
