mass air meter question

Default mass air meter question

ok i was told that if im runing a 75mm tb that i should run a 80mm maf sensor is this true?

my set up is a 347 stroker with heads cam and trick frlow R intake on 30lb injectors.
my mass air meter is a 76mm on a 75mm tb.

the 347 would thank you for a bigger TB too

less restriction, better power. I ran a 75mm on my 302... Do you really want to be running 302 parts?


Right now I still have the same 75mm on my 347, and guess what.... It restricts my intake path like a ****. I'll be swapping out to a 90mm soon

what intake r u guys running? cuz my my trick flow r is only a 75mm inlet.

You can run that intake. All you have to do is bore out the inlet to 90mm. A dremel will work. Just make sure you stuff the intake with rags if you leave it on the motor

don't use a dremel to enlarge it, thats the stupidest idea i've ever heard.

Prime... can you get me some close up pictures of your fuel rails, and hose system. I'm going to be installing a super vic on my car in the next week or so, and havent quite figured out what I want to do with my fuel lines
