ok thats not bad. hopefully he replies to my email soon then! and i already have brand new springs, hi-rev lifters, and 1.6 roller rockers (which i gave him the specs of) theres no chance in hell im buying those again
as long as they will support the cam he designs, you'll be fine, but normally , I tell him what I'd like out of the cam and he designs it accordingly. most of his aggressive hydraulic roller cams he designs require his ps-3 valve spring kit, if your springs are equal to that then you'll be fine, but just wait until ED tells you what you'll need, I've ordered more than one from him and they are always what I expected
lol........longevity, reduced friction, quicker rev....ect ect, I would stop worrying about cost, it'll often lead to disappointment, whether it be a solid or hydraulic, roller is the way to go
hmm, maybe the custom cam can wait then. i'll just pick up the crower cam that i ordered in so i can at least put the new combo together and drive it this year. and money is actually a huge deal for me being 18, moved out and saving for college.. lol i hate it! thanks for the info guys.
