on the highway you feel the back end sway a little more. maybe because of the way the side wall is? tires are on a 94 cobra with hci making 315hp and almost 33o tq. on the old nittos car had a 2.1 60ft. it couldnt hook at all. now its cutting 1.8's-1.9's. im sure it can get better once the suspension is done up a bit better.

For that price I would just buy what I know works, the MT streets. I just don't know how long those would last on the street(the MT's). What do they say about tread wear on the nittos? They look nice, but so do my 555r's and that is about all....

Next time I buy tires I am getting MT's...sucks to be dissapointed after spending $350ish on tires and knowing you could spend another 50 and have what you want.

Ok just had to do this. Went to the shop today pulled a 275/40/17 nitto and a 275/40/17 mt et street. You can see the difference in how the mts have a lot bigger foot print then the nittos

Not trying to argue one way or the other but thats not a 05r its a 555r
The 05R tires look like they were trying to copy M/T patteren
