torque for trickflow aluminum heads?

Just wondering how many foot pounds you guys are torquing your aluminum heads with arp head bolts. Arp recommends 70 foot lbs., but I want to make sure this is what I should torque themto.

I think when I use the fel pro 1011-2 the intake side gets 80 ft lbs, and the exhaust side 70 ft lbs

yeah bolts 80/70 but i do mine 80/80 with felpro 11-2`s
