What the hell are you talking about. A welded differential is a welded differential. A posi is an LSD. Our track-loks in mustangs are called POSI by ford... go look at your build sheet.

You don't need c clip eliminators to run 31 splines. I'm running 31 splines. If you want a 33 spline differential you need c clip elminators.

You don't need eliminators for a locker, either.
