intake is too small, you wont make 400
your build sounds strikingly similar to mine.

CI camshaft
Spyder EFI intake w/90mm tb
39# injectors
1-3/4" longtubes
AND 3.73 gears.
I was running a TFS track heat with a 75mm TB... it chocked the **** out of the engine at around 5500rpm's
go big now, dont wante the money with the small **** (and do a fox TB conversion... youll thank me later)

+1 change the intake, throttle body, and make sure the MAF is pretty big, and it will be a sick set up
