Check codes, fix codes, disconnect neg battery terminal for 5 minutes, relearn it to idle. Clean the tb and air bypass.

Tried several times no luck. I have checked the tps voltage which is in spec, i have checked for a signal to the iac its good. the iac had been replaced for a hanging idle from the guy i got the car from but that didnt help either.

I went through the diagnostic chart and and it says when you unplug the iac the car should stall. It doesnt it actually ides nice. And no there are no vacuum leaks, none.

i heard somthing about throttle plate plugs? to plug the little holes in the throttle plate? and then adj idle. Has anyone heard of this?
i dont mind the iac being unplugged but i think im losing to much rpm between gears without it.

you need to perform a base idle relearn... sounds like some dickface was messing with the base idle screw

this...

dont use a band-aid fix, the cars didnt need those TB plugs you're talking about from the factory to idle properly.
