nice. why do your reverse lights come on? is that when you hit the trans brake?
Yup thats the transbrake when the rev lights come on. The solenoid needs a 12v power source so i figured its going into 1st and reverse anyways so why not use the power from the reverse lights.
So we went out saturday to the 11.00 index shoot out super humid out so the car was way off from this Wednesday night pass, went 3 rounds and lost in the semis. First round I treed the guy and he broke out playing catch up my time was off which wasnt making me sit to well. next pass the guy redlighted, 3rd pass I got a .003 light to the other guys .001, i ran an 11.03 to his 11.04 the margin of victory was .001. To say the least I was let down because the next round was the finals and one guy didnt make the final run giving the $500 dollars and points lead to the guy that beat me. Well what can ya do? Just keep at it I guess. I wish my dad would have been there to record the race. The announcer was going nuts because we were dead even practically for the whole track.
I wish they would do 11.0 index at norwalk,they never do anything like that.Only 8.90 index,which is fun to watch but not everyone can afford to build a car like that ya know?
