the guy i bought the car from clames that it has gt40 heads on it is there any way to tell while there on the car? i know about the lines on the back of the heads but i cant see the back of the heads with them in the car?

look at the front of the heads, there will be 3 bars

ill take a look at that i was thinking the 3 bars were on the back of the head next to the firewall

front back it dont matter..there should be 3 bars and say gt near front bottom head bolt

yup 3 bars = gt40
4 bars = gt40p
