Default underhood gauge?

I would like to have a underhood fuel pressure gauge that i can leave connected at all times. Does anyone know if this one will work, or will it not be ok to leave it on the engine?

Yup, I believe you'll need an adaptor though
.
Notes Will directly screw into any 1/8 NPT female port.

The one on the stang is a male port

No it is a 1/16 npt. Autometer makes an adapter. Ive got that adapter and a 90* fitting so my gauge sets up so I can read it.

Here is my setup. Im running an Aeromotive gauge but its basically the same thing.

Run it off your fuel regulator, there are extra ports...

for you nitrous and gauge all you need is:

1/16" NPT male to -4 AN male fitting

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/NOS-17945NOS/

and a pressure gauge adaptor

-4 AN male to -4 AN female with a 1/8" NPT female

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/RUS-670290/

i also bought a 90* -4 AN male to -4 AN female but thats because of where i mounted my zex nitrous box

you can tee it off too with a brass tee

then you have a 90* and an extra port.
