some tracks are REALLY leanient on when you have to get a different cage,

One of our buddies went into the low 9's high 8's with no cage at all. Its more or less who is the track official, and wether the track is NHRA usually

but NHRA says you need a 6 point at 11.49 or faster, a 10point for 9.99-8.5 and i believe its a 12 point for 8.5-7.5 with a 25.5 chassis after that

there is also a mph that you will need a cage at too, which is what the officials care a little more about then the et

bellow 8.5 is spec chassis that why ill never go faster then that lol dont wanna spend 15 grand on a spec chassis
