Dumb thread. Who had the blown intake spacer because of a deleted smog system.
I lost track of the thread and can't find it in the search bar. Someone had their heads plugged off where the pipes go in the back of the head and had a intake spacer with a hole burnt though the plate where the egr hole is in the spacer.
Reason I ask, I am about to throw an engine together with p heads and am wondering if I should weld up this cobra intake egr hole. I still don't understand why I should but, saw the spacer and it has me worried. My plenum set me back 1700 and I don't want any problems.lol

Found it myself finally.lol https://mustangforums.com/forum/5-0l...misfire-3.html I looked through my e-mail forever and then realized I never subscribed to it. Anyways, it looks like a fel-pro 1250 is a fix instead of welding the intake. Is there a better gasket out there for a gt40p engine? Something I can boost on?
