Well,

I am now the proud owner of a Supercharged fox body Mustang.
I just took the plunge. $3500 just seemed like the right price.

As far as the stroker, it seems ridiculous that someone would take a used up 100k plus block and put a standard bore 347 displacement in it and boosting it on top of that. If it has a new block, I can see it. Otherwise, the person would be a tard to do it without going .030 over.

Anyways, congratulations. I would have the air fuel ratio checked on it to see what is doing with the boost. It is possible the guy was trying to run it with 30lb injectors and no tune and kept blowing head gaskets. That would have been when he got fed up with it, kept a set of aluminum heads he didn't tell you about and put it up for sale. If it has a fmu, it may not need that. If it doesn't, take a look at getting one or a tune because those injectors won't put out enough fuel for that motor.

The t-5 should be okay if the tires slip. I would look at an upgrade though. Also the rear end may need to be looked at if going to the track. You can always run it until it breaks but, just make sure to have a trailer to get home if the slicks are going on.
