Great sound!

I was going to send my tires to the promised land this afternoon...but it rained.

Oh well....maybe I'll do a burnout leaving work tomorrow....then get the new tires mounted.

it starts around 2000rpm, real bad between 2500-3500. found my starter had came loose today, got it tighten up with some locktite, and looking down at the starter while revving between 2500-3500rpm it just shakes so bad. looks blurry its vibrating so bad.

I've checked the motor mounts, trans mounts, and clutch, and nothing is wobbling, or anything. everything seems fine.........

do you have to run those for a class or something?

seems to me you need a more serious tire if you need THAT much heat to get it to hook.

I have, took 1.1 off the 1/4mile ET from the stock heads/cam from last year, and that was before the tune. hoping to drop a few more tenths now.

very nice piece. only bad part is the fact that its refective, so setting the timing is difficult off the marks that are on the balencer. I had to use white out, and even then it was still difficult to see the timing marks.

you know what, today when I was coming home 3-4 times it was trying to die when I was taking off. I would have to push the clutch back in to stop it from dying and use more RPM's, it also died when pulling into the garage the same way.....

maybe its time to adjust them.............. AGAIN.

First time I've had tires last on the back of mine for more than 6 months. I am starting to get a vibration on the block at 38 to 4k. Going to replace the HB soon and see if that is my problem.
haha, glad to see a 50yr old man still living it up!
