Default 306 Build questions

I finally got back into a Notchback after 5 years and long story short it will need a motor soon. This is not a daily driver but I don't want to have driveability issues and Im looking to make ~400 hp. I would prefer to not stroke the motor and keep it N/A. I've looked around here and haven't seen really exactly what I'm after so I'm just wondering if anyone has a good suggestion or experience with a build such as this. Thanks

you'll need to have a sturdy foundation and a 302 that can turn some rpm's, so a stock factory oem rotating assembly won't do it

lightweight bottom end, solid valve train, shaft mount rockers, big heads, big exhaust, big intake, tons of revs. you'd net over 400rwhp and about a 10 sec car n/a. matter of fact...thats what im doing now!
