Default sn95 ecu into fox

i tried searching and didn't find ****. i think i just don't know how to use that or something lol.

anyways, what would need to be done, if it's possible, to put the ecu/chip out of my '95 into my fox. will my computer work finx with the fox harness, do i have to switch any pins around? or is this even plausible? any help is appreciated, thanks.

I believe several pins will need to be switched.

the only way to know about the pins are get a pin locattion chart for the w4 ecm and one for a say a9 and look at them and compare. wiring schematic or so on! I have heard of people doing it before but havent heard of moving pins around, the ecm side is hard wired to teh ecm you would have to move the female recepticale on the harness side and i dont see that happening!

i was thinking about that, and wouldn't have any problem with that if all i need is the engine harness. would i have to swap any dash wiring tho?

You can use just the computer and harness but I'm sure you will have to do a couple tweaks with the wiring for the gauges.

well since the firewall connectors for the two are completely different i dont see that being the easy fix! not to mention the fuse box locations etc! I do believe but could be wrong since i dont have a visual on it right now the fox bay harness is one complete section with exeption of the lower starting and o2 plugs, and the sn are multiple quick disconnects! ie: airflow section engine section and a starting section with a seperate transmission plug by the engine bay hookup!
