when my egr was poonched, it would stall out while driving, like one time i was approaching a stop sigh doing 40 (km/h) and she stalled out on me, killing my brakes and i rode right through. luckily there was no one there.

this is why I hate when you give tech advise. Stop offering your redneck solutions, you clearly havent got a ****ing clue what you are doing.

A bad egr can cause pinging at low loads, stalling, poor fuel economy, and other idle related issues.

To fix it, verify that the EGR itself is infact faulty. If it is.. REPLACE IT. check all your vac lines, and EVP for problems as well.

ok thanks guys, i replaced the valve and is still doing it...... but my egr lines are not ran in the exhaust either. because i have a true dual setup and they didnt do anything with them. dont know if that would present a problem just throwing them out there
