Default anyone ever installed motor and mid plates before?

Im putting a motor plate and mid plate in my car for the new motor since there are no motor mount bosses in the block im wondering how i figure out where to locate the engine in the bay.

i've helped with an engine that had plates before. i dont know the details about them. all i know is you want the engine as far back and as low as you can get it. without a modified firewall you should be able to move the engine at least an inch backward from the stock location and should be able to manage an inch lower than stock placement. makes tuning your suspension WAY easier and launches are smoother and more consistent

Front motor plate goes on under the water pump.

Mid-plate goes between motor and trans.........
