crank issues? bottom end ka-put?

the vibration sound to me like you might have a main bearing spun. you might not hear it if it isnt really bad but it will throw a bad vibration. if you already checked mounts, the harmonic, and take the serp belt off and run it then i'd very much lean towards the bottom end. If you know what your listening for take a mechanics stethoscope and put it onto the pan while its running see if you can hear anything out of the ordinary

new motor is already rebuilt, and in the car, should be firing up by the end of the week.
