Default motorman524's 347 stroker build thread!

OK, This is my official build thread for my 347 stroker!! I decided about 3 weeks ago to just step back, pull the 306, and build the engine I wanted to in the first place.

Today I finally sold my 306 short block and sent a deposit to Ford Strokers to get in line for one of their DIY 347 Liberator short blocks. Got $1750.00 for it which I felt was really good. My TEA Trick Flow heads came today as well, so pretty nice day overall

Here is what the new project will consist of:
347 Ford Strokers Liberator short block
TEA Trick Flow Twisted Wedge 185cc heads
Ford Strokers custom grind cam
Edelbrock Super Victor w/90mm tb
Anderson Power Pipe
95mm PMAS mass air
30lb injectors

I'll go into more build details when I start getting more parts.

Several more updates to come, SOO pumped!

I actually asked Jim who was doing the camshafts for him today. He said he goes through Comp, Bullet, and Cam Motion (if he doesn't mind me quoting him).

Motorman, are you having the shortblock assembled or DIY?

I'll be doing it. I can't see paying someone for something that I can do.

I know what you mean. Are you using a roller block?

Yeah. The heads are set up for a hydraulic roller cam.

Having them milled to 58cc.
