Angry Total loss of power...relays? Computer?

I have a 1993 stang. Recently did a 351 swap and it was running like a champ till the seasons changed and the temp outside got higher. I dont know if that had anything to do with it but yea. Before i get into the details of the problem ill say whats done to the car so we are on the same page. 1993 mustang with 351 swap stroked to 427 forged steel crank, h-beams, nitrous pistons ect. (i dont think the problem is internal) 75mm TB, Trickflow box upper and lower intake, Brodix aluminum heads, comp cams XE cam .555/565 lift full BBK exhaust, MSD 6al, coil, wires all by msd, Ford racing dizzy. Granateli hollow pick-up tube with aeromotive inline fuel pump (255 lph) aeromotive fuel rails, regulator, stock 24lb injectors, granateli MAF for injectors, and some other stuff that i cant recall right now.
- the problem -
So It starts up fine and it runs fine for about 10 to 15 minutes. Sometimes it will run fine for much longer. Anyhow when it does start to act up Ill just be driving along and then i feel a sputter, my tack starts acting up like marking 1 to 2500 rpms but this is wrong because my engine is literally dying. Then I give it gas and its like there is no gas because it has no power. It starts misfiring but only WHEN the clutch is engaged and its in gear. When its in neutral it revs up fine. It just doesn't go anywhere. Ive changed plugs, fuel pump, fuel filter, TFI module, checked timing, checked all grounds, my fuel pressure stays constant even through the freak out so i know its not fuel and its deff not an air issue. So ignition and computer are the only things. Earlier i opened the hood and waited for it to start acting up and when it did there was a cracking or humming noise coming from the TFI module and a relay by where the old smog pump box crap is. Not the relay because i just changed that, not the TFI cuz thats a few days old.

Just when i have nearly all the parts i want some crap like this happens

Take the MSD box out of the ignition and see if it improves. Go to MSD site and see test proceedure.
