I know you can buy a pulley, but there is also a belt you can buy just to simply bypass, anyone do this before?? What size belt would it be??

if you wanna break it down just look at the numbers..... 60 = 6 rib
695= 69.5 inches

and that is if you do not have UD pullies.... minus an inch for all belt sizes and UD pullies

I found what I need, it is a 84.5" belt for ac, ps, and without smog.
