spark plug boots melting on manifold

Angry spark plug boots melting on manifold

i need some advice on how to start correcting this problem it makes my car mis fire badly and run hard

the headers are stock and the wire are not high perfomance either. the spark plug boots basically sits almost right on the pipes. if i trim the end of the boot a little could that help?

are they 45 degree or straight boot??

you can get the boots for them... but thats only a band-aid

but the correct plug wires will not touch, especially stock headers

MSD plug wires have bendable boot ends which help keep them away from your headers.

there 45 degree and ima try out the couple suggestions i got to so ill be in touch and let everybody know if i get the problem resolved thanks.
